Should I get Jawbone's UP

I love data, so I would naturally be attracted to the fitbit or Jawbone's UP, but  I don't know if I can justify the purchase. At the moment, I don't keep track of my food and I don't really exercise much. I'm lucky enough to be able to eat anything I want and still stay slim. The main thing  I want from the UP is the sleep data. I want it, but there's an alternative out there. There are various apps on the app store that let you keep track of how well you sleep and wake you up at the best moment. I tried it once and it worked. The app is called Sleep Cycle alarm clock and it does pretty much what jawbone does.

At this point, I don't see much or a need to the jawbone UP if you have an iPhone and you're cheap, and seeing as you need an iOS device
