Apple's Customer service

Quick and to the point.

iPhone vibrate switch broke. Still under original warranty. Set up appointment with a genious in the apple store. Walked in. Showed phone. Phone was replaced.

It's that easy. I think that Apple is going in the right dirrection with their service. They cater to the rich (though I am not even close to rich). I told myself that if they fixed my phone without any delays that I will buy a macbook from them. 

But I will have to buy in another time. I need to get rich first :)

And some info for future me: Got iphone replaced in 19/05/09, new iphone warranty is good for 90 days. Then the old warranty takes over (until sept 2010)
